Cindy Heidel is a skilled commercial real estate attorney with extensive experience representing clients nationally through financing, acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, portfolio transactions, as well as title and survey matters.

In her prior roles, Cindy has served as in-house counsel for multiple Fortune 500 companies, where she was responsible for originating loans across diverse property types. This encompassed a wide spectrum, from uncomplicated real estate loan transactions to intricate capital-stack deals, mezzanine loans, and fund investments. She brings extensive experience to the table, offering invaluable advice to clients on crafting lending strategies and delivering consultation and guidance on matters such as underwriting risk, loan servicing, and investment strategies. 

Cindy also served as National Commercial Counsel for two title insurance underwriters and has extensive experience underwriting title for single and multisite transactions. In her position as national underwriting counsel, she advised clients regarding complex transactional issues, and the effect of deal structure on transaction costs.

Cindy is a fellow with the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and has served on various committees, including serving as chairman of the Corporate Counsel Committee. Cindy earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Mississippi School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Missouri.
