Dana D. Joss
Associate
Dana Joss focuses her practice on commercial and multifamily real estate transactions, including acquisitions, lending, development, leasing and dispositions. She works with affordable housing developers to leverage low-income housing tax credits and other forms of financing for affordable housing and development projects.
Dana earned her Juris Doctor degree from the College of William & Mary School of Law, where she served as a notes editor for the William & Mary Business Law Review and the treasurer for the Student Bar Association. She earned her Master of Business Administration degree, summa cum laude, and Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Longwood University, where she graduated as co-valedictorian.
