E. Garrett Allen, IV

Garrett Allen focuses his practice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations and business structuring. Before joining Williams Mullen, Garrett served as a judicial intern to the Honorable David J. Novak of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he served as a junior editor of the German Law Journal, and his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University.
