Kasey D. Hall
Kasey Hall focuses his practice on labor and employment matters, where he works to keep clients in compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and Virginia employment laws.
Additionally, Kasey provides human resources advice and counseling, including the development of company policies, drafting employment handbooks and preparing employment contracts.
Kasey earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law, where he served as the staff editor for the Richmond Law Journal of Law and Technology. During law school, he was awarded the Law Faculty Award in Labor and Employment Law and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade in Employment Discrimination. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University.
