Our LGBTQ+ Affinity Group exists to encourage professional development and engagement. The group is open to all attorneys and staff for participation.
The firm’s LGBTQ+ group promotes an inclusive environment that provides our LGBTQ+ employees a supporting platform to connect as professionals. We envision a workplace where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees are able to reach their full potential because they feel supported by their colleagues and safe to embrace their sexual orientation, gender identity and expression. Because our diversity of perspectives are encouraged and supported by our colleagues, we are motivated to own our careers, develop our skills and knowledge, and undertake greater responsibilities, demonstrating our increased commitment to making Williams Mullen an outstanding professional experience. We also lend our time, talents and resources to activities that support members of our LGBTQ+ community.
