Williams Mullen Assists Blue Ridge Bankshares, Inc. in Closing a $150 Million Private Placement of Common and Preferred Stock
The Williams Mullen team consisting of Scott Richter, Lee Lester, Ben McCall, Will Halliday, David Lay, Larry Parker, Nico Balbontin and Ryan Mills assisted Blue Ridge Bankshares, Inc., the holding company of Blue Ridge Bank, National Association and BRB Financial Group, Inc., in the closing of definitive securities purchase agreements for the gross proceeds of $150 million in a private placement of Blue Ridge’s common and preferred stock.
