Nicholas G. "Nico" Balbontin

Nico Balbontin focuses his practice on general corporate matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, joint ventures and contract review.

Nico earned his Juris Doctor degree from William and Mary Law school, where he was a staff member with the William and Mary Business Law Review and President of the Latinx Law Student Association, and his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary.
