She regularly assists investors, corporate clients and individuals in matters that include financing, acquisition, leasing, development, and disposition of properties. She is familiar with various financing requirements of lenders that span from regional secured lenders to international financial institutions. Additionally, Melanie regularly drafts and negotiates commercial leases, amendments and renewals.
